Reservation rules
- The price of renting a house is independent of the number of people staying in it. Each cottage can be rented for a group of up to six people.
- Breakfast for an additional fee, PLN 45 / adult, PLN 35 / child up to 12 years of age. Breakfasts are served in the summer and during May Day and Corpus Christi
- Each house has one parking space.
- The stay period lasts from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day.
- The reservation of your stay gains the status of guaranteed and is defined as:
– non-refundable, after the advance payment specified in the booking confirmation is made within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
– refundable after paying the advance payment specified in the booking confirmation (amounting to 40% of the given booking value), within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. No later than 30 days before arrival, the Customer is obliged to finally confirm the willingness to come and make an advance payment up to 100% of the given reservation value or cancel the arrival, in which case the advance payment will be refunded. - Payments for the reservation are made to the bank account indicated in the reservation confirmation.

* The price applies to a non-refundable stay reservation. If you choose the refundable booking option, the price increases proportionally by 5%.
The price includes accommodation:
* in Osada, in a cottage for 6 people
* in Siedlisko, in a house for 12 people
In the summer season and during special periods, it is possible to purchase breakfast for PLN 45 / adult and PLN 35 / child, as well as home-made dinners.
One parking space is assigned to each cottage. Each subsequent stay is charged PLN 20/day.
If you arrive with a beloved pet, a one-time fee of PLN 50 per pet is added.
In Osada Jak Tu Ładnie, a tourist tax for the Mikołajki Commune is collected at the price of PLN 3 for each person for each commenced day of stay.
Breakfast
They are served every morning in the summer and during special periods in breakfast baskets at the door of the cottage at 8.30, 9.00, 9.30 and 10.00.
You can choose gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian products for free.
Dinners and drinks at Pod Niebem bar
In the summer, at Bar POD NIEBEM you can not only drink outstanding drinks from our Prosecco Van, such as cold Prosecco, Aperol, Hugo or Peroni, but also eat delicious food made from our garden fruits and vegetables and healthy ingredients from local suppliers. It is possible to order delicious home-made dinners.
